About the bands:
AN ALBATROSS:
Philly psyche-grind, circus-cult leaders of the revolution are here to make you shake your ass and pump your fists as they perform their first NYC show in a VERY long time. Do not miss one of the most over-the-top and mind-blowing live sets you will ever see, by one of our generations greatest and most powerful bands. Enter the bear warp. This one's sure to be special.

PARTS AND LABOR:
Guitars and keyboards distort. Drums are walloped. There are constant buzzes and squeals of feedback. The music charges forward and then lurches sideways, while Dan Friel and BJ Warshaw hoist sustained vocal lines that might almost be Celtic folk tunes if they weren't taking place amid such a din. Parts & Labor is from Brooklyn, and its songs roar through the mental landscape of a post-9/11 New York; the attack is compounded of fury, paranoia, confusion and portents of disaster. - The NY Times

STAY HIGH:
Turn that bass the f*ck up and take off your clothes (what?), Stay High kick off this night's events w/ some serious booty-shaking thumpery. These kids are officially awesome.
